If for any reason a Customer who purchased product directly from a Field Representative is dissatisfied with any HealthyPetNet product, he or she may return that product within 30 days for a replacement, exchange or a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping. (However, if the customer cancels the order within three business days, the refund must include shipping).

If for any reason a Customer who purchased product through HealthyPetNet is dissatisfied with any HealthyPetNet product, he or she may return that product within 30 days, for a replacement, exchange, merchandise credit or a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping will be deducted from the refund.
